Copycats in graphic design and how sometimes its the clients faults

February 13, 2013 / by Gabbie / Leave a Comment

it happens and sometimes money becomes the reason why we as designers end up jumping ship and then copying someones else’s work. Most of the time people think its ok to copy. You as a client of this design site or maybe just a fan needs to understand that the TOS or terms of service are there for a reason. Most designers ok about 90% of them are going to tell you that they won’t copy someones else’s work. Would you like it if someone dressed, talked, even ate the same things as you.. even went as far as having their husband dress like yours? Scary thought huh?

So the moral of this post is this? if you like a certain style tell your designer BUT don’t expect it to be to the T with everything.
