Freelancing and eating healthy.

July 18, 2015 By Gabbie Leave a Comment

So we all sit in front of our computers maybe snacking on chocolate we bought the day after valentine’s day ( Best time to buy it I’m I right or what lol )But sometimes eating healthy while working on client projects doesn’t always happen. My shopping list is pretty basic and to some people, it might not be really realistic because some stuff I consider my staples aren’t things most people are willing to try .Make a list of your favorite foods and veggies and fruits. And make a list of what you can make with that things.T he last year or so I’ve been really big on frozen blueberries . I’ve even got really crafty and made my version of a Acai power bowl from Jamba juice but with blueberries.I make about two bowls each day one in the morning and one at night. I love watching my favorite shows and having one of my yogurt bowls.

My tips: instead of reaching for the sugar, soda, cookies get a bowl of fruit or frozen fruit a bowl of frozen blueberries with a little light agave is awesome (Bowl #2). A bowl of yogurt with fruit and some dried fruit is also a good alternative just watch the sugar. Bowl ( number 1) is a good example of that. Drink some tea or some water with some mint and some frozen berries and a little bit of your favorite sweeter. It’s a nice alternative to Starbucks.

Making things healthy by adding things that are good for you. Make a bowl of your favorite pasta add your favorite veggies and eat that through the day while you work. Don’t forget to take mini breaks too.I hope my tips help you become a better healthier freelancer!
